I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and feel honoured to be a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.

I discovered my love for yoga during a particularly busy time in my personal and professional life, when I needed something to quiet my mind and bring a sense of calm. I was captivated by how yoga made me feel—both during and after each class. Beyond its physical benefits, yoga had a profound impact on my mood, mental clarity, and overall emotional well-being. After attending a transformative weekend yoga retreat in 2019, I felt inspired to delve deeper into yoga's many facets beyond the physical practice. This passion led me to pursue Yoga Teacher Training in 2021. Since then, yoga has become an essential part of my daily life.

I specialize in Hatha Yoga and am also certified in Chair Yoga and Yin Yoga. My teaching style is gentle and soothing, aimed at leaving you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated.

    • This private class focuses on stretches, flexibility and balance, while integrating breath work, gentle movement and flow for a rejuvenating experience.

    • Duration: 60 minutes (adjustable to suit your personal needs).

    • Format: One-on-one, online.

    • Equipment: All you need is a yoga mat.

    • Pricing: $60 per hour.

  • This class focuses on stretches, flexibility, and balance, while integrating breath work, gentle movement, and flow for a well-rounded experience.

    Duration: 60 minutes (adjustable to suit your personal needs).

    Format: Available online or in person—all you need is a yoga mat!

    Pricing:

    • Starting at $120 for a group (minimum 5 people)
