Release & Reset Fall Yoga Series Tuesday evenings at 7.30 pm EST (online)
The InvitationAs the days grow shorter and the pace of summer begins to settle, fall invites us to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with ourselves.
The Release & Reset Yoga Series is a gentle invitation to find your footing as the season changes. Across four weeks, we’ll slow down, release tension, reconnect with ourselves, and create space for a fresh rhythm—one that feels supportive for body, mind, and breath.
This is your space to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or have never stepped onto a yoga mat, you are welcome here.
Release & Reset Fall Series
October 6 — Release
A gentle practice to soften tension and let go of what you’ve been carrying. We begin by slowing down, settling into the body, and creating space to breathe.
October 13 — Root
A grounding practice to reconnect with your body, breath, and sense of stability. Through mindful movement and steady holds, we cultivate a feeling of being supported, centered, and present.
October 20 — Reconnect
A slower, inward-focused practice to reconnect with yourself and what you need. Through mindful movement, breath and longer holds, we turn our attention inward and make space to listen.
October 27 — Reset
A nourishing practice to restore your energy and settle into a rhythm that supports you. We bring together the themes of the series in a gentle practice designed to leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and renewed.

Frequently Asked Questions-
This practice is a gentle, restorative-style flow. Our focus is on supportive movement that honours where your body is at each evening. We will move through nourishing stretches, grounding postures, and balancing poses designed to release tension rather than create it. Every session also includes dedicated time for mindful breathing and a gentle meditation to help you settle into a state of deep relaxation.
-
Each session is 50 minutes. I’ve intentionally chosen this length to give us enough time to fully arrive, move, and rest, while still being mindful of your evening. It’s designed to be a nourishing "pause" in your week that leaves you feeling refreshed and ready for a good night's sleep.
-
Yes, absolutely. These classes are designed specifically to be accessible and gentle. I will guide you through every movement with options to suit how your body feels that day. No flexibility or experience required—just a willingness to show up as you are.
-
Not at all. While the series is designed as a four-part journey (Release, Root, Reconnect, and Reset), each class stands on its own. You are welcome to join us for the full series or drop in for a single session that fits your schedule.
-
To ensure our space remains intimate and personal, I keep these gatherings intentionally small (3 to 6 people).
-
Life happens! If you registered for a class but can’t make it live, let me know. I will send you a recording of the session so you can practice at your own pace when you’re ready.
For those who didn’t register but would like access to the class recording, it will be made available for a small fee.
-
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and allows you to move freely—pajamas, leggings, or your favorite cozy sweatpants are all perfect.
-
If you have a yoga mat, that’s great. If not, a firm rug or a cleared space on the floor works too. You might also want to have a couple of pillows or a folded blanket nearby for extra support during our grounding and wind-down poses.
