Spring Yoga Bloom Series

A 3-Part Virtual Journey to Release, Recharge and Reset.

Thursdays April 30, May 7 & May 14 7:30– 8:15 PM EST

The Invitation

As the days begin to stretch longer and we leave the quiet, dark nights of winter behind, our bodies often need a moment to catch up to the new light.

The Yoga Bloom Series is a gentle call to return to yourself. It is designed as a soft landing—a space to release the tension of the darker months and make room for the fresh, expansive energy of spring.

This is your space to exhale. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or have never stepped onto a yoga mat, you are welcome here.

Yoga Bloom Series Program

April 30 | The Soft Awakening

A slow-paced arrival to ground your energy and ease into a state of presence. We begin by rooting down, finding our center, and waking up the senses with kindness.

May 7 | The Gentle Unfolding

A session focused on mindful stretching and physical release. As we move into the heart of spring, we focus on releasing tension and creating space in the body and mind.

May 14 | The Quiet Bloom

A final evening of deep restoration to wind down and truly let go. A restorative practice designed to leave you feeling rejuvenated, rested, and ready to bloom.

Frequently Asked Questions
Laura Erdman Yoga
  • This practice is a gentle, restorative-style flow. Our focus is on supportive movement that honours where your body is at each evening. We will move through nourishing stretches, grounding postures, and balancing poses designed to release tension rather than create it. Every session also includes dedicated time for mindful breathing and a gentle meditation to help you settle into a state of deep relaxation.

  • Each session is 45 minutes. I’ve intentionally chosen this length to give us enough time to fully arrive, move, and rest, while still being mindful of your evening. It’s designed to be a nourishing "pause" in your week that leaves you feeling refreshed and ready for a good night's sleep, rather than adding another long commitment to your plate.

  • Yes, absolutely. These classes are designed specifically to be accessible and gentle. I will guide you through every movement with options to suit how your body feels that day. No flexibility or experience required—just a willingness to show up as you are.

  • Not at all. While the series is designed as a three-part journey (Awakening, Unfolding, and Blooming), each class stands on its own. You are welcome to join us for the full series or drop in for a single session that fits your schedule.

  • To ensure our space remains intimate and personal, I keep these gatherings intentionally small.

  • Life happens! If you registered for a class but can’t make it live, let me know. I will send you a recording of the session so you can practice at your own pace when you’re ready.

For those who didn’t register but would like access to the class recording, it will be made available for a small fee.

  • Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and allows you to move freely—pajamas, leggings, or your favorite cozy sweatpants are all perfect.

  • If you have a yoga mat, that’s great. If not, a firm rug or a cleared space on the floor works too. You might also want to have a couple of pillows or a folded blanket nearby for extra support during our grounding and wind-down poses.
