Root & Rise A Fall Yoga Series
Tuesday evenings at 7.30 pm EST
The InvitationAs the days grow shorter and the pace of summer begins to settle, fall invites us to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with ourselves.
The Root & Rise Series is a gentle invitation to find your footing as the season changes. Across four weeks, we’ll explore grounding, release, reconnection, and renewal—creating space to settle into a rhythm that feels supportive for body, mind, and breath.
This is your space to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or have never stepped onto a yoga mat, you are welcome here.
Rise & Root FALL Series
October 6 — Root
A grounding practice to settle into the season and reconnect with your body and breath. We begin by slowing down, finding stability, and creating a sense of steadiness from the inside out.
October 13 — Release
A mindful practice focused on softening tension and letting go. As the season turns inward, we create space in the body and mind by releasing what we no longer need to hold.
October 20 — Reconnect
A slower, inward-focused practice to reconnect with yourself and what you need. Through mindful movement, breath, and longer holds, we turn our attention inward and make space to listen.
October 27 — Rise
A nourishing practice to gently awaken energy and carry the season forward. We bring together grounding, breath, and movement to reconnect with our inner strength and rise with renewed intention.

Frequently Asked Questions-
This practice is a gentle, restorative-style flow. Our focus is on supportive movement that honours where your body is at each evening. We will move through nourishing stretches, grounding postures, and balancing poses designed to release tension rather than create it. Every session also includes dedicated time for mindful breathing and a gentle meditation to help you settle into a state of deep relaxation.
-
Each session is 50 minutes. I’ve intentionally chosen this length to give us enough time to fully arrive, move, and rest, while still being mindful of your evening. It’s designed to be a nourishing "pause" in your week that leaves you feeling refreshed and ready for a good night's sleep.
-
Yes, absolutely. These classes are designed specifically to be accessible and gentle. I will guide you through every movement with options to suit how your body feels that day. No flexibility or experience required—just a willingness to show up as you are.
-
Not at all. While the series is designed as a four-part journey (Root, Release, Reconnect, and Rise), each class stands on its own. You are welcome to join us for the full series or drop in for a single session that fits your schedule.
-
To ensure our space remains intimate and personal, I keep these gatherings intentionally small (3 to 6 people).
-
Life happens! If you registered for a class but can’t make it live, let me know. I will send you a recording of the session so you can practice at your own pace when you’re ready.
For those who didn’t register but would like access to the class recording, it will be made available for a small fee.
-
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and allows you to move freely—pajamas, leggings, or your favorite cozy sweatpants are all perfect.
-
If you have a yoga mat, that’s great. If not, a firm rug or a cleared space on the floor works too. You might also want to have a couple of pillows or a folded blanket nearby for extra support during our grounding and wind-down poses.
